Agile is an iterative method of managing projects. Using other methods like the waterfall often causes that somewhere between the idea and the launch, the product vision gets lost. At the beginning it appears like this system will make you go in circles but it’s completely the opposite.

Let’s get started. In Agile, the product has an owner that is in charge of the product’s success.

Who is the product owner (PO)?

The owner is the bridge between the customer, stakeholders and the cross-functional teams. The owner has to be someone with breadth and product knowledge.
